Welcome to our newest section, Brews with Belly. Week in and week out, Belly Boo will cross the seven seas to try the finest of the alcohol infused nectar that is Craft Beer. From the greater area’s of west Florida to the southern hemisphere, Belly Boo will be tasting, grading and drinking his way across the country to bring the real news you all deserve: What brews are the best and which are whale shit.

First up on the chopping block is Cage Brewing. For those of you not familiar, Cage Brewing hails from the greater area of 1st Ave in Saint Petersburg. Hailed as one of the most popular and best tasting breweries in the local market, the jockeys decided to take a 5 minute Uber and see what all the hype was about.

There is a vast selection of brews to choose from at this fine establishment. Belly Boo went with his gut and ordered the most popular and talked about draft on tap. The “PBS” which stands for peanut Butter Stout. Little more calories than white claw but it doesn’t taste like your foot is falling asleep. With an overall rating of 8.3, Cage Brewing passed the taste test for Belly Boo’s advanced palate. Stay tuned for next week as we check out the next brewery on tap, Overflow brewing.
